LexFord Tech App · Damage Report PDF
Inspection Summary — coverage gaps closed

The recent report PRs already closed most of the original PDF audit (elevation quantities, accessory roll-ups, condition table, roof specs, free-text Inspection Summary). The remaining Damage Report gaps all live on this one page — the Inspection Summary. Below: what prints today vs. what I'd add. Nothing here is built yet — this is for your approval.

Rendered with the report's real CSS, so the sheet matches the printed PDF. Green dashed outlines = newly added content (annotation only; they don't print).

What gets added to the report · final design (your decisions applied)

Add
Adjuster / contractor "on roof" — a separate chip per party (e.g. "Outside Adjuster On Roof: Yes"), shown only when that party was on the roof.
Add
Tarp Removed / Reset — a billable emergency-tarp action that's currently invisible in the report. Shows the sq ft only.
Unchanged
Loss Location address — stays the claim address (your call: claim address is the single legal source). No code change here.
